Engagements proceed through defined phases: request submission, eligibility review, structured intake, modeling execution, analyst review, and confidential delivery. This form initiates the first phase.

You acknowledge that AEJYS provides structural modeling, not advice. Submission of this request does not create an engagement, advisory relationship, or fiduciary obligation. All submissions are subject to eligibility review.
If your request is accepted, you will receive a secure link to the structured intake phase. If it is not accepted, you will be notified and all submitted data will be deleted in accordance with the Data Governance Framework.
